Independence Day Special! 

Washington Georgia takes the 4th of July seriously.  On Saturday evening, July 3, our little town puts on a fireworks display that is the envy of much bigger cities.  The display draws people from all over the South.  Last year's estimates were that between 10 and 12 thousand folks were in town for the show, and our whole County doesn't have that many people!  Before the fireworks, there is an all-day festival on the Square, with arts and craft vendors, food stalls (including some truly fine local BBQ and stew), and the museums and restaurants are all open for you.  Experience a real small-town 4th of July celebration with us, and take 15% off a two-night stay between 7/2 and 7/5.

Military, Professional Fire Fighters and Police Discounts!  

Active or retired military personnel, police and professional fire folks receive 20% off regular rates, any time (except Masters Week, when the discount is 10%).  Your host, Tom Chase, is a 5th Special Forces veteran from Vietnam days.   Barbara and I express our appreciation for your service and dedication to keep our country and communities safe.  If you are eligible for another special, take off an additional 5%.  Even better:  if you are scheduled to deploy to a war zone within 45 days, or are returning home from a deployment, we will up the ante to a 33% discount on a romantic getaway of two or more nights.  This special will never go away!

Elopement Special!

Short notice weddings a specialty!  We can point the way to the Courthouse to get your license (although one issued in any County in Georgia is good here), and arrange the services of a clergyman or local judge to conduct the ceremony.    After the ceremony, the Champagne is on us!  We can do as much, or as little, as you desire to make the day truly special, including a wedding cake, flowers, special private wedding dinner, or almost anything else you might desire.  Prices start at our normal room rates, plus the clergyman's fee, and your room will reflect the joyous occasion.
